The principals of North Tahoe Properties have over 100 years of real estate experience in Real Estate Development, Sales, Management, and Finance. The company was founded due to the lack of quality commercial and residential property management in the Truckee/Lake Tahoe region.
Day-to-day management is overseen by Jessica Norris-Barton. Jessica has experience working in operations, finance, real estate, and development. She holds her California Salesperson License and she is a Certified Bookkeeper. Throughout her career, she has specialized in Hospitality & Property Management Bookkeeping, Management Consulting and Marketing Strategy.
